EPA rule about air emission permits vacated

Finding that the EPA’s action was “[s]ixteen years tardy” and “without basis in the Clean Air Act or its implementing regulations,” the Court vacated an EPA rule that would have voided roughly 140 permits for various pollution-emitting businesses in Texas.  State of Texas v.
